Security Agreement
A Security Interest is created when one person (debtor) formally acknowledges another persons or organizations (the secured party) interest in the debtors personal property.
A Security Agreement is the document signed by the debtor that confirms this interest.
The Secured party can register a Security Agreement by providing a Financing Statement to the Registry Office.
A Bill of Sale does is not a Security Agreement, and cannot be registered as such,
Fees – $2.00/ year for a period of 1-25 years or $400.00 for an infinity registration as well as an agent fee of $9.45
