Register Writs of Enforcement
A Writ of Enforcement – is a court-issued document that allows a plaintiff to commence enforcement proceedings such as garnishee the wages of the debtor or to instruct a civil enforcement agency to sieze teh personal property of a debtor.
A Writ of Enforcement registrations are effective for two years from the date of the registration. To remain effective it must be renewed every 2 years or before it expires.
